75 Degrees and Fuzzy Part Time Lead Stylist (Manager):
We are looking for a fun, social, and energetic self-starter who has a love of fashion to join our team as a part time Lead Stylist (manager).
Time Commitment: Part time (20 hours a week) with weekend, weekday, and weeknight availability.
Location: 520 Grand Ave, Carlsbad, CA
Rate: $20+ (based off of experience)
Job Description:
A Lead Stylist is responsible for collaborating with management in the supervision of the store’s operational functions and cultivating a team environment that inspires team members to contribute to the success and overall growth of our small business. This includes driving sales, cultivating a unique and genuine customer experience, building awareness of the boutique’s key metrics, and contributing to the professional development of others.
Team Management and Leadership Skills:
Strongly supervises the store’s day-to-day operations through managing/inspiring the team/yourself while ensuring a unique and personalized customer shopping experience.
This includes but is not limited to driving sales, contributing to the professional and sales development of team members, and building awareness of the company’s values to both customers and respective team members.
Acts as an elevated team member through exercising strong multi-tasking and decision making skills, prioritizing customer service over tasks, and consistently educating team members.
Assists and is a self-starter in creating selling initiatives for yourself and members of the team to implement year round and seasonally.
The Customer Experience and Communication Standards:
Understands that every shift impacts our small business’ success and has the ability to converse with customers in a genuine way in order to successfully drive company sales.
Initiates meaningful conversation with customers while sharing product knowledge in order to drive a positive customer relationship and in-store sales.
Visual and Business Operations:
Maintains the visual standard of our store while always prioritizing the customer. Understands merchandising expectations and completes tasks diligently related to merchandising.
Ability to utilize technology to process transactions and navigate the store's inventory system upon a customer or manager’s request (ex finding colors or sizes).
Self-starts in processing new products, maintaining floor stock, and assisting in online order fulfillment.
