PRO digitizing is a small family of designers and professionals looking for a new family member to help lead us to the next level. Our virtual doors opened in 2004, servicing the embroidery and apparel industry with digitizing services. You may not be familiar with apparel or embroidery but don't let that scare you away. As long as you are curious and love to learn, we'll take care of teaching you the rest. What we need is an energetic and creative Customer Service Specialist to assist in providing our industry-leading customer service. We are in search of a support superstar who has the patience and empathy to teach grandma how to use her computer as well as discuss technical issues with an experienced professional. The specialist who joins us will serve as the face of our company and will operate autonomously, making important decisions and interacting with some of our largest customers. You will communicate with our customers via phone, email, text, and social media. Your goal is to provide support, educate our customers, and prospect sales leads. Professionalism and technical expertise will be the cornerstones of your success. We need someone who loves to be on the phone and help people. Patience is essential. There is plenty of room to grow and learn. We are innovators and creatives looking to provide the best service and highest quality product we can offer our clients. You should be ready for a new challenge every day!

Qualifications

At least 2 years of customer service experience (preferably with B2B customer service) - comparable experience may be suitable

Exposure to the Adobe suite, preferred but not required

Serious tech-savviness - we can't stress this enough, you need to be comfortable and quick with the computer

An ability to explain complex issues in beautifully simple terms

Attention to detail

Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Agility in learning new concepts quickly

Empathy and creativity

We offer competitive pay, health benefits, and retirement benefits, as well as paid vacation and sick time. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Our office is in the Eastlake neighborhood of Chula Vista. This position is full-time and available immediately.

Remote Work Details

Our team is currently working in the office Monday - Thursday, and at home Fridays. We are still taking into consideration the progression of the COVID variants and accommodating our work balance accordingly. Training during the first few months will be entirely in-person at our offices, regardless. A hybrid work schedule may be a possibility in the future, but we ask that you be prepared to work in person, as we did before COVID, if we decide that is the best arrangement for the company. Note that any non-vaccinated person in the office will be required to wear a mask at all times, and we will continue to adhere to local, state, and federal requirements and recommendations to ensure the health and safety of our team and their families.
