Dittos is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative in the Copy/Print industry.

Print/Copy Experience

Bilingual

Job Duties Include:

Phone answering

Order taking

Online and E-mail Order Entry

Cleaning and organizing the customer service area

Assisting customers in making self serve copies

Bindery tasks

Multitasking

Skills Needed:

Computer skills - covering order taking, checking of e-mails for new orders and file preparation. Mac and PC both

Strong customer service and communication skills - the ability to communicate customer's needs into order instructions in a clear and efficient manner.
