Customer Service Rep / Sales Assistant

Title: Customer Service Rep / Sales Assistant for CONSTRUCTION Company.

Purpose: Supports Company by answering telephones, lead screening, setting appointments for customers, conducts surveys, supports sales staff, and performs general office duties.

CSR / Sales Assistant Duties:

Screens/Qualifies leads to ensure a good fit for client and Company;

Informs prospective clients of our services and procedures;

Point of contact for incoming calls from customers;

Schedules appointments with customers for in-home consultations and follow-up appointments;

Assists Sales staff with follow-up calls and clerical work;

Creates files for new projects, vendor files, etc.

General Office duties: filing, copying, data entry, light cleaning

Reviews completed files to submit closing documents to clients (ie final statements, warranties, thank you letters)

Conducts customer satisfaction surveys at the completion of each home consultation, project and/or repair appointment

Obtains customer's testimonials about their experience with Company

Provides excellent customer services to clients over the phone and in person

Data entry into established system to track leads, appointments, follow up, schedules, etc.

Provides status reports to upper management

Attendance to trade shows about 2-3 per year (weekends)

Contributes to a team effort.

Skills/Qualifications: Great Communication, Work well under pressure, Multi-tasking, Perform with little supervision, PC Proficient, Problem Solver, Exceptional Customers Service, Professional and Great Phone Etiquette, Able to handle all types of clients, General Office Experience, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Able to learn new software with ease, Must be able to communicate with customers and ask the right questions to gather the proper information needed

Experience Required: Customer Service, Office Experience, Scheduling Experience, Multi-Line Phone Handling, Lead Screening/Lead Qualification, Sales Experience, Landscape experience, Home Improvement Industry Experience

Desired Skills but not Required: Spanish Speaker
