Customer Service Phone Representative

IMMEDIATE Full time position with Archer Travel answering customer calls.

We have a large group of independent agents that call and request information on commission payments due them. You work with a team of people that provide excellent and quick service.

THE Position is at our offices in La Crescenta. Job is Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5 pm.

Must have strong customer service skills, be able to write professional emails and stay cool under pressure. We will train.
