Custom Cabinet Maker/Builder

Leading custom cabinet manufacturer located near Redding, CA, has positions available for skilled and experienced custom cabinet makers/builders. We supply premium casework, cabinetry and counter tops for commercial projects like schools, medical facilities, and retail establishments, as well as for custom homes. We are a family owned and operated company looking to add to our exceptional team. Pay TBD by work experience and history. Core hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Benefits include 401K with company match, some paid holidays and medical, and performance-based bonuses.

As a Custom Cabinet Maker/Builder, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets from start to finish. You will be cutting, assembling, sanding, and moving cabinets, drawers, doors and other casework. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, a deep understanding of woodworking techniques and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely and collaborate with our design team to ensure that each project meets our client requirements, and our standards of excellence.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Be able to read and interpret design plans and specifications

Proficiency in woodworking techniques and tools

Build according to specs ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship

Take precise and accurate measurements to ensure the perfect fit of cabinets

Conduct quality control checks to ensure each cabinet meets standards and expectations

Work in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality workmanship

Regularly maintain and ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipment

Need a valid Driver's License or reliable transportation

Be punctual and maintain assigned work schedules

Must be in good physical condition and able to lift/move 50 lbs.

Keep work areas organized and clean

Reliability, honesty and integrity are a must

Be hard working, motivated and be a team player
