Overview:Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Clinical Data Management/Administrative. Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship Location: Los Angeles, CA 90024 Duration: 4+ months Duties/Responsibilities:

- Work across multiple Radiology programs/projects covering a broad range of data management and quality control and program administrative functions.
- Support of the daily business needs of a research operational unit
- Edit correspondence, abstracts, manuscripts, and grant applications
- Produce reports using statistical data analysis (such as mean, average, range, mode and %) using Excel and/or Microsoft Access.
- Track, quality check, and analyze incoming project data.
- Develop and review training materials including training guides, tip sheets, etc. and produce summary reports for oral or written presentations.
- Participate in teams, committees, events and other group activities as requested.
- Participate in additional special projects and other duties as they arise in support of the team’s daily functions and objectives.
- Demonstrated administrative and data management background.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not necessary – will train.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows-based software programs (Microsoft Office 2016 and higher, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to organize, initiate and work independently to address responsibilities; must have strong time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to work closely and effectively with a variety of project personnel under a high level of stress.

- Possess excellent organizational skills necessary to work effectively within a team, to manage numerous and complicated tasks, and to address simultaneous demands. Problem solve with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential material frequently while protecting its strict confidentiality.
- Ability to read and understand complex correspondence and requests for information in order to identify action items and follow up independently.
