Certified Massage Therapist

```Duties``` - Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and areas of concern - Administer various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, to provide relief and relaxation to patients - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals - Educate patients on proper self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of massage therapy - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information ```Requirements``` - Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist - Proven experience in providing patient-centered massage therapy services - In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and occupational health - Strong understanding of pain management techniques and acute pain management - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and provide exceptional patient service - Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual patient needs and preferences - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical examinations accurately - Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
