We at Cake Bash Studio are currently seeking a talented Head Cake Decorator to lead our sweet production.

We run a full from scratch custom cake and dessert shop. We believe that JOY is essential so we spread it through all of our products.We specialize in personalized and thoughtful last-minute creations. We work as a family and treat our customers like they are family. Their vision is our mission and our goal is to make their vision a reality.

The ideal candidate must be able to multi task. Be a leader that can work with a team. Have the ability to work with buttercream, fondant, create figurines, structured cakes etc.We are looking for a creative individual who is passionate about cake decorating and exude as much in their work.

Other Responsibilities:

-Create, build, decorate and inscribe products in an efficient manner (as applicable)

-Operate and maintain bakery equipment.

-Assist with dishwashing duties

-Train in frosting cupcakes and production prep duties to support as needed.

-Report to work at the scheduled time for each shift and fulfill job requirements for the duration of the shift.

-Act with a high level of detail when following instructions.

Qualifications:

-1 year previous culinary experience, pastry/baking experience strongly preferred.

-Ability to work in cross functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)

-Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

-Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead

-Able to stand for extended periods of time

-Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
