Business Support Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Business Support Analyst II.Key Tasks: As a Business Support Analyst II, you will support ongoing Staffing Adequacy Assessment analysis and assist with integrating data into workforce planning and other talent management processes (including budgeting). Analyze skills data using the Eightfold.ai skills-based talent intelligence platform Support ongoing implementation plans and integrate with talent management processes including training needs analysis, talent acquisition, career development, internal mobility, DE&I, strategic capability development, and succession planningREQUIREMENTS: Degree in Behavioral Sciences such as Psychology, Sociology or Economics Talent analytics Data Science Workforce planning Inferring skills and competencies from capability requirements Microsoft Office - advanced Excel and PowerPoint Tableau or ideally VisierThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
