PlanetBravo has camp instructor positions open at a few of our Los Angeles-based camps! Camp instructors teach one STEM class of 8-10 students per week while fostering summer fun at the camp. In addition to teaching courses, instructors participate in and lead outdoor activities, supervise the children, and collaborate on creative endeavors such as daily camp videos.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong experience working with children

- Strong technical skills (training provided for specific courses)

- Some college education (current students ok)

- Ability to clear all background checks from Department of Justice and FBI

- Strong sense of humor

Responsibilities:

- Teach various camp courses throughout the summer camp duration

- Lead outdoor fun and games

- Supervise children at all times

- Collaborate with the staff to bring creative work to the camp.

PAY:

- Varies by role, but varies from $700-$950 per week.

- Dates of Service: June-early August
