Associate Attorney (Work Comp)

WE are a paperless workers’ compensation defense firm with established client base has an exciting opportunity for attorneys with 2+ years of California workers’ compensation experience.

Qualifications:

California Bar License - No Exceptions

2+ years of experience in California workers’ compensation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

Sense of urgency and responsiveness

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations

Proficient use of a personal computer and skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn various case management and billing applications

Salary:

The anticipated annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $200,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
