Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator opportunity is located in Santa Maria, CA. This position is full time and temp-to-hire. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. The rate of pay is between $20 and $24 an hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in answering phones

Perform filing and data entry

Take pictures of job site and mark ground

Contact the appropriate party to notify of underground SVC alerts

Update job status plans on work that is done/needs to be done

Make sure cones/flags are removed from completed jobs

Skills & Qualifications

Must be computer savvy

Strong attention to detail

Clean DMV record
