Title: Administrative Assistant II/Dealer Filing Coordinator

Location: 100% remote that can work in CENTRAL time zone

Duration: 12+ month w2 contract with possibility of extension

Shift: M-F 8-5 CSTWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Dealer Filing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to create periodic reports for Marketing, Sales, or National Accounts utilization. They will also be familiar with SEC and FINRA regulations and have excellent customer service skills to provide internal associates and external firms with basic research and issue resolution.For immediate review and consideration, please email me your most recent resume to Jomarie.Mercado@Randstadusa.com location: Irvine, Californiajob type: Contractsalary: $24 - 25 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:SEC, FINRA, Workfront, Confluence, Teams, Seismic, 4U Platform, Project management,Job Duties Coordinate and manage both external and internal dealer filing submissions.- Work closely with marketing, sales, and national accounts departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.- Analyze information and create periodic reports for Marketing, Sales, or National Accounts utilization.- Collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information for inclusion in reports and presentations.- Provide customer service to internal associates and external firms by doing basic research, answering questions, and resolving issues.- Develop presentations that clearly and concisely convey dealer filing information and status.- Track and maintain reports ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.- Attend 4U Platform LLC meetings and work with key stakeholders from XC and FC firms for dealer filing prioritization.- Work with audience managers other firms for change requests.- Run, filter, and/or deliver dealer filing reports: Active/new requests, Obsoleted report, and Expiring report. Work as needed on report requests from key stakeholders including Workfront and 4U reports.Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.- Experience with project management and leading meetings with multiple stakeholders.- Familiar with core tools, such as Workfront, Confluence, Teams, Seismic, 4U Platform.- strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SEC, FINRA- Experience collaborating with a broader teams and interacting with senior management- Demonstrated ability to execute projects/initiatives in a focused and highly tactical manner- Focus on specific personal and team goals and demonstrate a sense of personal growth, accountability, and urgency for achieving results- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills- Ability to provide accurate and direct practical advice in a timely fashion, as well as possessing strong communication skills (both written and verbal)Desired Skills & Experience Ability to flourish in a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment with frequent shifts in priorities as business needs dictate- Experience working in the financial services industry- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.- Ability to learn new tools and software quickly and efficiently.- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others as part of a team. qualifications:
