Staff Tech is looking for a Technical Analyst to provide onsite support to assist or client in the design, project management, implementation, and support of Hybrid Courtroom solutions. Technical analyst (Hybrid Courtroom) will provide subject matter expertise for multiple technology projects in support of the Hybrid Courtroom install implementation and applications. Responsibilities include designing the AV infrastructure, designing of remote video application architecture, and ensuring project compliance with IT security policies, best practices, and branch standards. These positions will work with staff, IT staff and management, technology vendors to plan, design, build, implement, and support new and existing hybrid courtroom system, installations, and services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years technical experience designing, executing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting integrated Audio/video solutions.
  • Experience in various infrastructure migration techniques, tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in the identification and recommendation of AV infrastructure architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of an organization.
  • Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT projects throughout the entire life cycle.
  • Experience managing technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.
  • Knowledgeable of infrastructure design concepts such as
  • Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design and implementation plan.
  • Ability to analyze issues from system documentation and recommend solutions.
  • Mid to High level of technical writing experience.
  • Excellent oral, written, analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead a technical discussion to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to management and technical committees.
  • Provides technical support for and resolves issues of connectivity and interoperability for multiple hardware platforms, network equipment, operating systems, and various assigned applications.
  • Working knowledge of the various video conferencing platforms and providers
  • Expertise in the following operating systems: Windows.
  • Mid-level understanding of networking: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS, cloud connectivity access solutions
  • Mid- level understanding of key security concepts for firewalls, network security, server security, and security tools.
  • Prior technical engineering experience working with local, state or federal government entities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • AVIXA, CTS certification.
