UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities: This is an integral role working closely with the founders of a young, dynamic and fast-growing (about 3000% growth in the last 18 months) consumer goods company. The UX/UI Designer will translate high-level requirements, create original designs, and transform them into interaction flows and artifacts that ultimately produce the most engaging, clean and artful interactive web experiences for our clients. We are a high energy, collaborative environment in which you will work closely with like-minded web development and production professionals to build the best products available. " Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering " Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks " Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas " Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders " Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards Requirements: Must have an online portfolio Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred Proven success as a web, UX and/or UI designer Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps (XD, Figma or Sketch) Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools Experience with WordPress Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS SEO/SEM and related knowledge is helpful Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
