Experience

EXPERIENCED flooring installer- Commercial - Experience laying tile A MUST, bonus for experience in laying LVP, engineered wood flooring, as well as installing trim and baseboard. Ability to work on and complete flooring projects from start to finish.

2-3 years minimum experience

Job Description/Requirements

Ability to travel throughout the state to different job sites IS A MUST

This position entails weekly travel to different locations throughout the state

Work will be out of Phoenix Monday through Friday

Accustomed to a fast-paced environment where you can work independently as well as teach others

Basic understanding of how to read blueprints and specifications.

Work productively with superintendents, project managers, co-workers, and other trades in a construction environment.

Willingness to step outside of individual trade and do other work it may take to complete the job

Manage self and possibly work crews ensuring all project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget including documenting hours worked and job progress.

Complete work orders on time

Create records of materials used

Owns standard set of hand and power tools to perform tasks safely

Own transportation

Possess valid driver's license

Competitive Wages- Salary- $24 - $35 an hour depending on experience
