Title: Technical Scrum Master/PM Duration: 1 + year Location: Phoenix AZ (Onsite day 1)Tech Scrum Master - The role will collaborate closely with business partners, Scrum masters, DevOps, Platform team, Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects and Leadership, to ensure completeness and efficiency of solutions while ensuring alignment to standards. They also ensure the scrum team is on track to meet their delivery goals.Requirement:• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI• Collaborating with key product, proposition, technology & operations partners to define product strategies and vision to bring them on the journey of building the product.• Working as an end-to-end product manager designing the right product concept, identifying capabilities, defining business requirements based on customer value propositions and journeys.• Playing an active role in mitigating issues and blockers to meet Release and Sprint Goals.• Strong experience ScrumMaster/Technical Project Manager in software development environment working with multiple SAFe Agile teams • Experience managing and delivering Observability product using Open Source framework, Monitoring products, Tools and technologies • Experience managing project budgets and reporting • PMP Certification is preferred• SAFe/ Scrum Master Certification is preferred• Deep familiarity and understanding of Agile practices, SCRUM, Test Driven Development, SAFe, XP, & Kanban
