Hiring part-time/full-time sushi chef for both lunch (usually 10:30a-2:00p) and dinner shifts (usually 4:30p-10:00p). 4-5 days per week required. Closing times may vary depending on occupancy and amount of business per day.
No prior sushi chef experience required. Knife experience required. Starting pay $18.00 / hour plus tips with opportunity for advancement if desired.
Job duties include prepping ingredients used for sushi making (including but not limited to rice, fish, sauces, vegetables), cleaning, taking inventory, restocking for the following shift/day.
