Apply in Person Mon - Fri 6a to 1:30p at Encore Steel Inc 3420 S 39th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009

Responsibilities:

Read Blueprints, section and plan drawings, and weld symbols

Must be able to read and derive measurements, dimensions, and quantity of material needed to fabricate

Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel products such as beams, braces, pipes, and plates

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

3 – 5 years fitter work-related experience and/or training is preferred

Have strong, effective verbal communication skills

Math skills necessary to accomplish shop calculations

Effective organizational skills

Ability to coordinate with team members

Ensure that safety is always practiced
