Spares Parts Manager - Semiconductor

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a growing semiconductor company in the Tempe, AZ area is seeking a Spares Parts Manager. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment.Duties Include: Spares Parts Manager will fulfill demand of critical spare parts worldwide - without interruption of seamless production at company's customers Manage urgent material requests from worldwide regions with the right customer focus, and develop alternative solutions when appropriate Provide constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders within the company, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution Monitoring on-time delivery for worldwide urgent shipments with support from Global Logistics business partners As a Spares Parts Manager, you will collaborate with Manufacturing business partners for bi-directional global Business/Support Unit critical material support and allocation - manage trade off business decisions that is needed to support company strategy Organize and review global coverage for team members in multiple regions Train and coach and develop team member for driving continuous improvement including process, soft/hard skill, etc.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher 6-8+ years of relevant experience in a large international Semiconductor, Aerospace, or IT company, with Supply Chain Management or Customer Service background Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and relevant markets Experience with Continuous Improvement Programs and change management Familiar with ERP - especially SAP or similar Structured and collaborative problem-solving skills leveraging process flow and data analytics A decisive decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
