Social Media Marketing Position

Shine Sanctuary is a Personal Development Center based in West Sedona, Arizona that provides soul-nourishing, consciousness-expanding experiences, programs, services, and products to support the healing and awakening journey. Through interactive workshops, 1:1 healing sessions and consultations, training courses, retreats and conscious gatherings led by world-class Healers and Facilitators, Shine provides valuable tools and resources to live a more thriving, conscious life.

The Shine Social Media Marketing Angel (SSMMA) is the storyteller for the Shine experience and offerings. In alignment with our brand guidelines and messaging, posts, reels & videos will inspire, educate, and inform our audience about the magic that occurs at Shine. We are here to build a bridge of trust as we address the issues and meet the needs of our growing fan/client base. Strategically focused on our target market and offerings, the SSMMA will creatively expand our followership, increase engagement, increase email list, and improve conversions. We are building a community of loyal customers through exceptional service and a variety of high impact offerings available in Sedona and virtually. With fabulously crafted posts that are captivating, visually appealing, informative, and inspiring, the SSMMA shares the heart-centered story and essence of Shine’s offerings.

Job Requirements (please do not apply if you do not meet all these requirements)

o Must live in or within 20 minutes to Sedona

o Must have your own car

o Must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

o Must own a great iPhone/android with high quality camera
