RV Awning Installers $25hr Paid Training

Experienced in anything installation, assembly or skilled tradesmen. Our team is adding an additional technician for our busy east valley awning shop.

We love our installers. Busy winter visitor season in around the corner and the heat will be a thing of the past for this year.

Our technicians are mobile, meaning they are in the field, servicing, repairing and replacing awnings. We have a awesome customer base comprised of 55+ winter visitors, many locals and a number of commercial dealerships across the valley.

None of our team came with awning experience, we are not seeking that. We have trained and expect to train you in every aspect of your position.

We are looking for a professional appearance, strong communication skills, a can do work ethic, a sense of pride in a job well done.

Garage door installers, window installers, cabinet installers, bath remodel techs, finishers, RV Techs, Service Writers, handymen and in home sales execs have all had great success within out team.

Standard hours are 7am - 4pm or until your work is complete.

If you have worked as a team before with someone, those teams, including husband and wife, Brothers, Father & Son are encouraged.

Monday thru Friday with an exceptional weekend when necessary.

2 Weeks paid training and probationary period. Once trained salary is dependent upon abilities plus install and sales commissions. $65,000 - $90,000 annual.
