This is your chance to finally get that prime retail spot w/o having to pay the full rent and sweating that $50,000 average outlay it takes to start up a reasonable business here in Sedona. I've already done all that!

We can split the rent. Your part will be $1600/mo + half of the Utilities. I prefer Meditation related, card reading, Reiki healers, Meditation guides, drummers, etc I'm open to suggestions too. My biggest thing is floor coverage.

If you can't afford the rent but are accountable, reliable and demonstrate that when we meet, and you're willing to put in the hours required to run your own business, we can consider you providing floor coverage in lieu of rent.

The trade-off is greatly in your favor because I've already made the outlay, over $40,000, to bring the space up to retail store condition.

If you're able to put in some hours to cover the floor, daily, in lieu of rent, as a trade, we can discuss that. It's a major opportunity to run your business and the trade-off of covering the floor and doing minor upkeep is disproportionately in your favor when you take the whole equation into consideration.

I pay $4000/month, including utilities, so do the math!
