Property Manager / Supervisor

A rare opportunity at a unique and special property.

The position requires that you have experience handling horses. Job duties include feeding, cleaning stalls, turn out and strong animal care oversight. Job also entails property maintenance including monitoring and repair of irrigation system, mowing, orchard, greenhouse, garden and plant monitoring, watering and upkeep.

This individual must have strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to carry out a daily project/working list, in keeping with directives from the owners of the property.

With a property such as this, handyman skills are required.Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs. Operational knowledge of equipment such as tractors and backhoes is very helpful.

This property is off the grid and includes organic greenhouses. knowledge about this is a plus. The property operates solely on a solar collection and a back up generator system. Transportation requires an AWD or 4WD vehicle fir all season access.

This is a full time position with on-site housing. Lots of growth potential with this very secure position. Health insurance is also available.
