We need energetic and detail focused team members to help our campaign collect signatures from Arizona
voters for an important statewide ballot initiative.

We are the nation’s largest Ballot Qualification firm.
That means we gather signatures from voters to put initiatives on the ballot. We work all over Arizona and the
US.
We’re seeking petitioners and team leaders to help us reform elections in Arizona!
About YOU:
-Outgoing and Social – If you’re energized by talking to people, this is the place for you!
-High Energy - We typically work outside on our feet for a full day.
-Confident – Persuasive and comfortable taking charge in social situations.
-Resilient - Easily bounce back in the face of rejection. Just because one person doesn’t sign the petition
doesn’t mean the next one won’t.
-Adaptable - We typically work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions.
-Optimistic & Friendly – If you’re excited about our cause, the voter will be too!
Those with a background in petitions, campaigns, customer service and retail do well here – we will train the
right candidate!
The Fine Print: (Please read)
-You must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued ID and must be qualified to register to vote in
Arizona to circulate petitions.
-Have a working cell phone with data.
-Able to pass a background check.
-High energy – we work in public places for a full day in all kinds of weather. You’ll get your steps in here!
-Dependable and trustworthy – we’re looking for people who share our sense of urgency.
-Detail-oriented – petitions are legal documents.
-Petitioning or campaign experience is a plus.
About Us:
Pay & Benefits
$28 per hour for petitioners
$29 per hour for team leaders
No cost health insurance available after 90 days
