Part-time/Full-time Cleaners Wanted - Tempe Cleaning Company

We are a rapidly growing cleaning company based in Tempe that specializes in Airbnb, residential, and real estate cleaning jobs. We are currently seeking part-time and full-time cleaners to join our team.

We are also hiring Team Leaders (Supervisors) to grow the company. Compensation is increased for this position.

Added responsibilities include:

Managing Teams

Ensuring all teams are properly supplied for cleanings

Checking in with the owners consistently

As our business expands, we are looking to hire both employees and 1099 contractors. 1099 contractors will have maximum flexibility in their schedules, while W2 employees may qualify for health benefits. Experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and maintaining various properties, including Airbnb and real estate units, according to our high-quality standards

- Communicating with property owners and management to ensure customer satisfaction

- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

- Maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Legally eligible to work in the United States

- Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone

- Access to their own cleaning materials if applying as a contractor

- Flexibility in work hours and schedule

- Experience is preferred but not required
