Hiring IMMEDIATELY a Laborer for my Off Grid, 43 acre Homestead, 9 miles NE of Valle (Grand Junction)!

I'm offering Part-time, 20(+/-) hrs per week, for approx 3-4 weeks (until the first big snow storm)

We are getting ready for this coming winter by working on the rain catchment, solar, animal pens, roads, animal shelters, painting, repairs, insulation, loading and unloading things, cleaning up around the property just to name a few, and of course there's the everyday things that need taken care of such as the garden and the animals, and fixing anything that needs fixing.

I have ALL the tools we would need for the projects. I also have solar here, generators, water catchment, his and hers composting bathrooms, and outdoor showers.

YOU:

MUST HAVE: GREAT Organizational Skills!

MUST HAVE: Your OWN WORKING Cell Phone (Verizon is the best out here)

MUST HAVE: Your OWN vehicle. We're off grid and 4 miles down an unmaintained dirt road, a car can make it if you

know how to drive off road!

YOU MUST: Take pride in your work, and pay attention to details!

MUST: Pass a background test (no theft, heavy drugs, or violence (if over 10 years old might be accepted))

MUST BE: Able to clean animal pens by yourself, push wheelbarrows, run a weed eater, dig holes, carry heavy rocks, ect.

MUST BE: Trustworthy, dependable, and honest

MUST BE: A team player and able to work independently

MUST BE: In VERY good physical condition

MUST BE: Able to lift 50+lbs (occasionally)!

We are at 6200' elevation. Right now the average temperatures are in the 70's in the daytime, and 40's at night. If you want to get a better idea of the current weather conditions, check out Valle, AZ. weather conditions, although we are 200' higher than Valle.

The National Forest is not to far from us where you can camp for free if you'd like.

State Trust Land is next door, however they do charge a fee for their permit.

We do rent out camping spots onsite if you would prefer. Small Camping spots START at $56 a week. We only allow a Limited number of pets at our camping spots (limited total on property), so if you have one please inquire as to an opening for more.
