Oversee staff and communicate with other sections/managers.

Assure that staff is available for open office hours, courtesy patrol, and housekeeping.

Take and process reservations for RV spaces, determining eligibility based on age, type of RV, dates requested, number of guests, number of pets and other criteria as determined by the Rules and Regulations of the Park.

Monitor daily arrivals and departures, assuring that rates are correct and funds collected for rent, sundry items (such are utilities, propane, deposits).

Monitor and assist with end of day/beginning of day reports.

Ensure reservations lists are up to date and that occupancy of sites is maximized.

Submit supply orders as needed to the appropriate person to include the Maintenance Manager, the General Manager and the Owners

Monitor Time Cards for all salaried employees, to include input of time into the appropriate data base.

Monitor employee paid time off as appropriate. Monitor hours for workkampers to ensure they are fulling the time frames of work as described in their contracts.

Process employee compensation for workkampers as described in their contracts.

Monitor emails and correspondence in regards to park business, to include availability, rates, amenities, general park questions, and other issues as needed. Refer difficult situations or concerns to higher levels of management or to the appropriate section of the park – such as maintenance, housekeeping, activities

Complete monthly reports as determined by Park Owners, assure that accounts are paid in a timely manner and follow up as necessary to collect outstanding debts.

Conduct background checks on individual residents as required by park rules, using approved software

Follow up and resolve residents complaints/concerns, identify issues that residents need to resolve within their space/lot

Deposit checks daily through electronic applications, deposit cash weekly as necessary

Accomplish monthly reports for the Laundry, to include reading machine counters. Assuring Laundry change machine has quarters for residents to buy. Restock quarters as necessary.

Accomplish other duties as deemed necessary for the operation of the office.
