THE OPEN ROAD

The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to build community one pint at a time. We seek an Assistant Tap Room Manager to join our story and help us provide Radical Hospitality at our Downtown Tap Room in Flagstaff, Arizona. The Assistant Tap Room Manager helps build community by ensuring Mother Road’s standards are brought to life. Accountabilities Include:

-Accountable for the Mother Road guest experience while on shift

-Ensures that Mother Road expectations are adhered to by crew and guests

-Reconciles drawer, cash drop, tips and change bag at the end of shift

-Table touches and checks in with guests throughout shift

-Troubleshoots draft systems to ensure they are properly functioning

LICENSE TO DRIVE

Want to travel with us? This position calls to someone who enjoys connecting with people; is detail oriented; can navigate complex social situations; excels at leading a team; and is passionate about craft beer. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history and the Southwest are a candidate bonus.

A qualified candidate will have four or more years of hospitality experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience. The winning candidate will be compelled by our mission and values. Candidates must be able to work weekends.

Its central location in the Southwest — between California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, lends to a variety of weekend getaway possibilities.
