Wages are starting from $16.00 to $17.50 DOE. Medical and dental and life insurance is paid, plus there is a matching 401k; vision and telehealth are available. Earn while your learn in this new position.

This position works directly with the Director of Finance and will be trained to facilitate the communication between the company and the behavioral health community, government, and citizen organizations. Will learn to:
Coordinate with the clinics, health homes, health plans, and the public to give them an understanding of how the company is beneficial to improving people's lives by building strong social connections.
Develop a continuous engagement that is necessary to make a positive impact with the whole behavioral health community and the public. This involvement can generate positive decision-making toward the company that may increase client participation and/or create financial gain for the company.
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities designed to create or maintain a favorable public image or raise issue awareness for the community that will benefit the company and/or its peer members (clients).
Preparing for scheduled events or presentations.
Maintaining confidentiality for filing and other company or peer member information.
Printing and copying in preparation for center, housing, training, outreach, and other events.
Forming of strategic business and community relationships.
Answering questions or concerns that come up for the company.
Identifying collaborative opportunities.
Traveling throughout the state for events, outreach or training in company vehicle
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications (trainee):
A High School Diploma or GED.
Two-year college degree a plus.
A valid Arizona Driver’s License.
Pass a drug test and Background
Verified legal status to work in the United States
Will be some travel to other parts of the state in company vehicle for events or training.
