You don't have to have "supervisory" experience, but you must have had at least 1 year involved with manufactured home installations/construction in some capacity.

SALARY SHALL BE DETERMINED BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND VALUE THAT CANDIDATE BRINGS TO THE TABLE. SALARY CAN BE UP TO $100,000 PER YEAR, PLUS BONUSES BASED ON BEATING CONSTRUCTION DEADLINES & COST EFFICIENCIES.

RELOCATION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR CANDIDATES OUT-OF-TOWN.

Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Oversees daily operations at multiple construction sites.

Conducts daily (phone) morning meetings with crew & subcontractors.

Hires, trains, and manages in-house installation workers.

Follows construction drawings and approved plans.

Uses popular construction management software.

Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials.

Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule.

Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation to stay organized & efficient.

Works directly with the office support staff to manage all jobs effectively.

Average hours for this position will vary from 40-50 hours per week. No weekends, unless emergencies arise. Supervisor will be assigned a company truck, phone, tablets, etc. to do the job effectively & efficiently.

Superintendent Qualifications and Skills:

Must have decent knowledge in all aspects of construction: site work, plumbing, electrical, gas/propane, sewer, carpentry, foundations, trim work, flooring, etc.

Must have a Type-A personality to be proactive, persistent and see a project through in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Must have strong organizational and managment skills that are self-imposed.

Supervisor will be required to complete a course in manufactured home installations as part of onboarding/training.

Handles the physical and natural demands of the job in a high-energy and extremely active matter.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Required - A high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Bilingual, speaks fluent or strong Spanish (more pay).

Required - Minimum 1 year of manufactured home installations/construction.

Required - Valid driver's license and is insurable.

Preferred - Basic array of construction tools. Specialized tools will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
