Maintenance Technician bilingual

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and systems.

- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of maintenance tasks.

- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems and perform necessary repairs.

- Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary.

- Fabricate parts or components as needed.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.

- Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and documenting maintenance activities.

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff or contractors.

- Knowledge of logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
