Maintenance Technician

Immediate full time position for experienced technician with proficiencies in electrical, carpentry and general maintenance. Responsibilities will include installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and adjustments. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal oversight are requirements for this career opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Three years of experience in low voltage or electrical workAbility to troubleshoot and solve issuesValid Drivers License and clean driving recordAbility to interface positively with customers and staffAbility to work alone and manage time effectivelyAbility to prepare and submit work ordersMust have own hand toolsMust be proficiency with computersAbility to write and submit reports

Salary is commensurate with experience and skill level.
