Job title: Maintenance Supervisor
MEB is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to help maintain our Apartment Community in Sedona. We have opportunities at all Flagstaff and Sedona locations. Hourly pay $27.00 to $29.00 per hour.
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities
Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, and Plumbing experience
Pools and Spa experience
Minimum 1-year experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service
Background and pre-employment drug screening are required. EOE
