Maintenance Helper

We are currently seeking Maintenance and Groundskeeping Helpers to support our operations. We are a busy Minor Home Improvement Contractor and we service a large portfolio of property management and direct customers.

(We are also seeking more experienced techs if you are more experienced)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various maintenance tasks, as well as groundskeeping duties. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Full Time and Part Time work is available with flexible scheduling for the right people!

Responsibilities:

Assist maintenance technicians with repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks.

Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties to ensure the exterior of each property that we care for is well-maintained.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Handle and maintain tools and equipment, and ideally, possess some tools.

Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.

Ability to use basic hand tools.

Ability to use basic power tools.

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Your own basic maintenance tools is a plus.
