Line Cook/Chef De Partie/Dishwasher

Bear & Dragon is currently in search of BOH staff. Our days of operation are Tuesday through Saturday with dedicated Sunday and Monday closed unless specific event scheduled (Tue-Wed 8am-2pm Thur-Sat 8am-9pm). Looking for a varied experience in the kitchen, our day staff is egg cookery with salad and sandwich assembly. Our evening staff will require more experience in executing an elevated dinner menu with precision three nights a week. Regardless of experience we would like to hear from any interested candidates. We have an ideal count of 13 staff members total (foh and boh included in that number), owned and operated by people with industry experience and capability to support staff and promote a thriving work environment. Ideally people looking to learn and grow as we expand our campus!
