About Penca: Penca is a locally owned restaurant located in a beautiful restored historic building the heart of Downtown. We have been opened for over 10 years serving Central Mexico cuisine. Penca its open 5 days a week happy hour to dinner. We have an excellent menu of traditional and modern central Mexican cuisine. We have inspiration from Mexico’s unique ingredients, forgotten methods, and esoteric flavors.

We are looking for a line cook who is proficient in all aspects of food preparation and we are looking for an experienced dishwasher with a positive attitude and drive to work.

Skills:

Industry experience or strong desire to learn

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

Capable of handling multiple tasks

Communication and collaboration skills
