Heavy Diesel Mechanic Helper - Travel Required

We have an immediate opening for a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Helper

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid driver's license

- Must be able to commute to truck yard in Rye, AZ - Or - to a job site around the State of Arizona; therefore dependable transportation is required.

- It is highly recommended that the applicant have a Camper or RV, as jobs can last for months at a time; it is the employee's responsibility to provide lodging accommodations, although, the company provides a $30.00 per day travel allowance. Mechanics and Mechanic helpers are encouraged to park thier Camper or RV at the truck yard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Needs to have a strong interest in Mechanics. We are willing to train a dependable person who is able to travel throughout the State of Arizona and - or - work at the truck yard in Rye, Arizona - or - be stationed near a job site for weeks or months at a time.

- Maintain Maintenance Logs

- Change tractor and trailer tires

- Grease tractors and trailers

- Oil Changes

- Fuel trucks

- Provide general assistance to Lead Mechanic

Employment Information:

- Starting Wage: Depending on Experience

- Paid Weekly (Direct Deposit)

- Travel Allowance of $30/day, Up to $150/week

- Retirement Account Available w/ Company Match

- Paid Sick Leave

- Must be able to pass a Drug Test

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)

- Overtime over 40 hours
