Our founder, a chef by trade, chose the name Red, White & Brew to highlight the beverages that enhance the fresh, bold flavors in his menu of traditional and new American favorites. Our Team is the heartbeat of our restaurant, bringing the RWB Bold American Dining experience to life through incredible food and exceptional service.
