The Security Project Manager provides information Security System Engineering leadership support and technical execution of information security activities. This includes defining the scope of a project, creating, and managing the project plan, identifying key stakeholders, managing the budget, ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant security standards, and completing the project within the deadline. The Security Project Manager provides strong project management insights across delivery and maintains comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Note: This is NOT a physical security position.) Flexible Work Policy: The IT Business Analyst position has been segmented as Hybrid, meaning the work is a combination of onsite (only 2 days per week) and virtual (3 days per week). This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Rosemont, IL or our support office in Tempe, AZ. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Plays Scrum Master role on Agile projects and traditional Project Manager role on waterfall projects
- Coordinates internal resources, contractors and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope
- Effectively communicates to project stakeholders
- Develops project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensures technical feasibility
- Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Performs risk management to minimize project risks
- Schedules and facilitates US Foods project delivery Toll Gates
- Manages defect resolution process
- Conducts and documents lessons learned
- Lead project teams as needed and provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams
- Internal: Key internal functional relationships Product Value Stream owners, Business Users, Support and Services Desk, Security Engineering, Security Strategy, Security Architecture, Risk Management, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Cloud, Compliance, and Technical Resources (IT (Information Technology) Infrastructure, Network Engineers, Client Engineering, System Administrators, Developers, etc.).
- External: This role will interact frequently with third party security vendors.
