HVAC Tech / Mini split installer wanted

Growing home energy retrofit company looking to hire an experienced HVAC tech / mini split installer. Ideal candidate is drug free, self-motivated, has a clean driving record, has strong customer service skills, is hard working, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work. EPA 608 certification preferred. Experience installing heat pumps (both ducted and ductless) is required. Insulation, carpentry and or drywall is a plus. Current driver's license and clean driving record is a must. Candidate must be hard working and OK with working in tight spaces. Work involves installing mini split heat units, condensers, wall mounting brackets, linesets, flaring linesets, installing air handlers, condensate drains, field duct transitions, running conduit, electrical etc. Must be able to competently perform nitrogen leak tests and vacuum linesets using a vacuum pump and manifold gauges. Experience diagnosing mini splits / heat pumps is a plus. Compensation starts at $22-30/hr depending on experience. This is a Full time position, the following benefits apply: Two weeks paid vacation, Health benefits, and 4 day work week.
