We are looking for qualified professional Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic. A fulltime position that would be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

Performing routine service and preventative maintenance of equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.

Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment and components

Maintain company equipment - keep in good clean orderly condition

Displaying a sense of urgency, creativity, and a can-do attitude, problem solving

Works safely at all times. Adhering to all applicable safety policies, procedures and standards

Normal business hours Monday – Friday. (Changes with seasons & deadlines) ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY A MUST WE HAVE DEADLINES

Qualifications:

We are a construction company with a number of heavy duty work trucks and equipment. We have an inhouse shop at our yard that facilitates most of our repair needs. It is a fast-paced business. Therefore, the proper candidate must have an exceptional work ethic, a strong sense of urgency, and a can-do attitude.

The applicant must have the capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. Essential functions for the job include sitting, driving, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, lifting, writing, and reading.

work on equipment that requires a high level of skill - hydraulics, electrical, diagnostics diesel engines, gas engines, air conditioning and transmissions - using modern maintenance practices and technologies

Maintains a clean, safe work area, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements:

-Valid driver's license or Valid ID

-CDL is a plus

-Legally eligible to work in the United States.

-Pay depends on experience

-ASE is a plus

-DOT Certified is a plus
