Oracle HCM Business AnalystLocation: Remote

Job Overview: The Oracle Cloud HCM Business Systems Analyst will be involved in the administration and ongoing daily support of the Oracle Cloud HCM system. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting business requirements of changes and enhancements to Oracle HCM. They will work closely with both the IT and HR teams to ensure adequate documentation and communication on system changes.

Responsibilities: • Document system processes, gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle HCM system changes and enhancements• Work closely with both IT teams and HR stakeholders to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and rapidly respond with working solutions.• Keep up-to-date with the most recent Oracle upgrades and releases including new system features. Communicate these impacts to HR/business stakeholders• Identify areas of improvement within the system and recommend solutions to optimize performance and usability• Provide support during HR annual events (benefits enrollment, goals and performance, merit and compensation, etc)• Assist in change management process• Provide functional and technical support to the corporate HR, benefits and payroll functions to include configurations, security support, system tuning and user management• Maintain documentation and provide training to end user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements• Assist with QA testing for Oracle HCM patches and upgrades• Design, develop, configure and test systems functionality changes, such as but not limited to creating flexfields, modifying fast formulas, building payroll elements and table setup• Help define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.

Required Experience and Skills: • Oracle HCM implementation experience• BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business/Consulting, Technology, or equivalent• Excellent BPM (business process management) documentation and technical writing skills.• HR background/experience a plus.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of data flow between applications.• Ability to analyze requirements and present alternative solutions as necessary• Ability to present concepts to non-technical audiences in understandable terms.• Thorough and accurate approach to programming and testing of applications.• Good understanding of effective database and program design.• Remote candidates are being considered. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to commute, as needed, to our office in Scottsdale, AZ.
