Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Graphic Designer for a remote contract position.Summary:Our client needs a creative full-time, enthusiastic graphic designer to produce new design and artwork for both digital and print marketing media.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Graphic Designer will support the visual identity development for the brand, working in collaboration with Creative and Art Directors Following art direction, create new design work and concepts for marketing materials including but not limited to graphics, presentations, website/social media materials and advertising - that adhere to any existing brand guidelines when required Work collaboratively with in-house partners: Creative Director, Art Director, Design Manager, UX Director, Business team - as well as out-of-house partners on projects as specified As a Graphic Designer, you will provide in-house final artwork, print preparation (when necessary), and archiving of marketing materials including but not limited to graphics and above-mentioned marketing materials Basic graphic animation for social content and banners Willingness to take on new responsibilities as the business grows and evolvesREQUIREMENTS: BFA/BA in Graphic Design or related field 3+ years of experience producing design work for print and digital media within a product manufacturing company, retail brand or design agency Demonstrated excellent sense and understanding of graphic design, layout, color, and typography Demonstrated understanding how to unfold through creative talent a values-based brand Proven exceptional attention to detail and visual problem-solving skills Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects, and Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple long and short-term projects and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as flexible and creative team player Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude Tuned into current styles and trends in Graphic Design Enthusiasm, versatility, and willingness to manage constantly changing prioritiesThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
