Demers Glass, LLC is accepting applications for Front Desk Customer Service associate.
The duties will entail, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
a. Serve as point person for walk-in customers
b. Assist customers on phone and/or return messages promptly
c. Collect information to set up new customer files and maintain existing customer files
d. Scan and save documents into customer files.
e. Coordinate with other employees regarding quotes, work orders and invoices
f. Process customer payments
g. Schedule customer appointments
h. Organize office operations
i. Make weekly deposits
j. Willingness to learn our trade to better perform your job and assist customers
k. “Team Player” attitude with other staff members
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
a. 4+ years’ experience in office setting as front office receptionist or administrative assistant
b. Excellent customer service skills.
c. Hands on experience and proficient in data-entry, computer skills, use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and
working with multiple other platforms on daily basis
d. High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, research, problem-solving and time management skills.
e. Self-motivated to work independently with little supervision
This position is not a temporary assignment. we are looking for someone interested in long term employment.
Full time position Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
