Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sub-contractor management, construction, Civil Development, land development, and scheduling. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities:

• Manage sub-contractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements and deadlines
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or related field
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
