Compensation: Compensation: $18.00 -$20.00 DOE. Overtime available during February and April 15th

Employment type: Full-time / Part time available after tax season

Established Scottsdale Tax Accounting firm is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Office assistant. Knowledgeable in a tax & accounting is a plus.

Requirements:

. Hard worker and extremely organized

. Ability to problem solve

. Capable of working on tasks without supervision

. A people person who can answer the phone, gather data and schedule tax appointments.

. Strong time management skills .

. Professional and well-presented at all times due to the high level of interaction with clients .

. Competency in Software applications including Word, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Hub spot, Word, Quickbooks, Excel and Outlook

. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

. A team player

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :

. High school diploma ,GED, or equivalent

. Two to three years’ experience in an office setting

. Proficient with office software

. Associate’s or bachelor‘s degree in related field.

. Prior experience or in related fields.

. Consistent, professional dress and manner.
