Position : Desktop Support Technician Location : Phoenix, AZ Onsite Duration : FulltimeClient : Tech Mahindra / Applied Materials Job Descriptions
- Should have 5+ years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration
- VPN Connectivity/Installations
- Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
- Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
- Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
- Office 365 basic troubleshooting
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS devices ONLY
- Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing
- Ability to run online/in person production webinars & all hands. ( Teams and Zoom )
- Experience with managing and maintaining conference room hardware. ( Crestron, Logitech, QSC )
- Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies:
- Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
