Candidates Must:
- Have an excellent customer service phone demeanor/voice.
- Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to use computer program to update routes in computer program.
-Answer customer lines for technician ETAs, questions and possible warranty issues with professionalism and escalate calls to Service Manager if need be
-Multi-tasker
-Must have customer service experience.
-Must have service/dispatch experience.
-Available to work alternating Saturdays.
-Spanish Speaking a PLUS.
-Excellent skills in listening and de-escalation a PLUS!
-Only onsite available in our Chandler Office near I10/Chandler Blvd.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills, must be motivated, a self-started, and able to follow through on duties and assignments with minimal supervision, Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
